It comes in the form of the Amateur League Gaming. This organization is determined to discover and expose leadership, along with providing access to tournaments with the best balance of opportunity and reward.
So far, Amateur League Gaming organized competitions in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Black Ops. Right now, there's a new competition in the works - on September 20, 2019, ALG will hold a Fortnite tournament.
