The Castlevania series needs no introduction to gamers and fans of anime. The latest series on Netflix was excellent (both seasons) and now there is a mobile-exclusive coming to both iOS and Android.
Castlevania Grimoire of Souls is going to be a type of platformer that is fully geared towards combat. In fact, it should include some elements of hack and slash titles, which naturally perfectly fit in the ultra-violent world of Castlevania.
Yet, Konami, as a huge and very experienced developer, is also introducing some RPG elements to the mix as well. This means that the players will have some freedom when defining their playstyle, especially when they take on boss enemies. Furthermore, the game will come with single-player campaign, co-op mode, and a Bounty Hunter mode.
