Empire Warriors TD Review

If anyone wanted to explain what Empire Warriors TD game is, the best way would be to say that it is Kingdom Rush with a lot more meta-game features. Basically, everything else is very similar to the classic of mobile tower defense games, from the gameplay mechanic to the cute and low-detail graphics. For many games, this would be a bad news, but here, it’s not because the game provides the tower defense players with the exact thing they’re looking for - great tower defense action.

Sure, Empire Warriors TD comes with a lot more meta elements like the ability to train and purchase heroes, mine crystals outside of the actual battle levels and use god-like abilities, all of which are there to help people decide to spend money on in-game purchases.

But, that’s fine because the core game is really fun and you can ignore the F2P stuff. The thing I like the most is the fact that the towers can summon their own creatures, complimenting the ability of the barracks. This number of tower upgrade levels is also huge so even after a couple of first battles, there will be a lot of things that can be upgradable. The balance and difficulty also seem fine, even though I noticed that the Golem towers tend to lean towards being OP.
